We had a small gathering at my friend Angi’s house the other night and she showed us how to make a fairy garden. As I was making mine, I was wondering what Jasper was going to think of it.
Well sure enough he had to check it out and didn’t want to leave it alone. I had to hide it during the day while at work and then I would set it out when I got home. The other day he decided to bite off the taller plant so I knew I was going to have to do something.
I remembered I had this glass cylinder so I transplanted the garden into a bowl that would fit inside the cylinder, so far so good!
They are fun to make and there are endless possibilities of how you could make them but I’m thinking if I do any more, they will have to be outside ones.

I adore fairy gardens but have yet to make one. I see so many cute accessories online and at the craft stores. I had a feeling cats would want to "explore" them! Jasper is gorgeous! Love what you did with the cylinder.

ReplyDeleteIsn't it really sweet! Love it inside the glass now Jasper will have to be content to watch for fairies behind the glass!
