I love Bittersweet also you can never have enough! I live in Indiana and my husband and I have been picking lots of it we were trying to sell some but haven't had much luck. We love to decorate with it it's so pretty.
Hi Mindy.......yes...just beautiful.....love the bittersweet so......I bought 2 plants years back hoping to have berries of my own....darn thing still hasn't bloomed......So....go to the lake and get me some bittersweet......Enjoy the weekend.....Blessings Francine.
No... you can never have enough bittersweet! Love it!! I do buy the fake stuff... but some of it is so life-like.... Love the real thing, but I heard somewhere that the berries are poisonous to animals (???) Don't know if it is true but I haven't taken any chances with my pups who eat EVERYTHING!! Real or fake, it's one of my favorite things to decorate with for fall.... Your pics are beautiful.
Oh I am envious, I can not for the life of me find any growing around where I live... I have searched and searched, I have to go with the fake as well.... so I have to agree with the other ladies, no you can't ever have enough. :) Prim Blessings ~Rhonda~
Wow, what I would give to live where we could go out and pick some bittersweet. Have never seen it here in our part of the woods. I have purchased several bundles for the last 2 years when we have vacationed in Ohio in September. Cherish every little sprig !! Yours looks amazing how you have decorated with it. Have a fun filled weekend. Angela
I see I have a lot of catching up to do! Love how you've decorated with so many things from nature. Just one of the reasons I love fall so much. One year one of my son's roommates in Colorado purchased osage oranges online to help keep spiders away! ~Roberta

ReplyDeleteYes, YOU can have too much since I don't have ANY because it doesn't grow in Utah - we have to settle for the fake stuff - sigh!
