I don’t have too many flowers around here but I do have some. I can not believe next Sunday will be July.
I have not done any crafts lately. Just at a stand still I guess. I see some of you have been really busy and whipping up a storm! Me? I got nothing! I keep thinking I will start something but hasn’t happened yet!
Enjoy your day and keep cool!
Mindy

Hi Minday,
ReplyDeleteThink of this time away from sewing as taking time out to smell the flowers!! We all need to do that once in awhile!! Enjoy! Your flowers are gorgeous!

I've also got to push myself to get moving on fall goodies for the shop. It's hard to think fall when the temps are in the 90's! Your flowers are beautiful. Enjoy, Dawn
ReplyDeleteYou may not be crafting, but you sure have lovely flowers!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to want to craft when it is so darn hot :)
Blessings, Patti
You have some lovely pics of your garden. Everything is so healthy. I especially love your pic of the water pump.
ReplyDeleteSometimes its good to get away from crafting for a bit. I always know when "break" is over; I can't think of anything else! lol

I took a year break when my husband deployed. I just didn't have it in me and the creative juices just weren't flowing. Around last Christmas is when I discovered pinterest which really helped inspire me to get back at it. Then most recently, the blogs. Your flowers are gorgeous and I can imagine sitting outside working on a penny rug or stitchery. You will feel like creating soon enough :)

Pretty flowers.I think we all get out of the crafting mood some in the summer to much to do and too nice out to sit inside.Warm Blessings!~Amy

ReplyDeleteGrowing flowers is harder than crafting as far as I am concerned. The one's you have are so pretty too:) Maybe you will find your mojo soon.

You say you don't have a lot of flowers...but what you have are gorgeous! I am with you on the decorations...been busy and haven't made much for the 4th yet. I did see one simple fun idea I think I will try and take time this week to make for a table center piece...looked very easy...my kind of craft! Have a blessed week and I love your beautiful garden and your blog here, is always, so fun to read through! =O)
ReplyDeleteLove your Flowers! So Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
Your flowers are so pretty! I like your window box with the magenta petunias. It's hard to get everything done, even with the longer summer days. But summer does fly by so enjoy it while it's here! ~Roberta
