New Patterns

pcp 632

Found some new patterns! I have seen the one above from Threads That Bind, before and always thought it would be a fun one to do and I found it the other day at Country Sampler along with the next two.

I want to try and make a few of the following pattern  for Christmas presents next year. That’s my plan any way. For now, these patterns will go in my big book of patterns until I get ready to do them.  Is there anyone else like me that buys all these patterns and you have yet to make them? Oh well, they are there waiting for that special day when you will drag them out and finally proceed!!  Still haven’t got any farther on my Maggie project yet. :-(

  3. You're not alone in collecting patterns! I don't buy as many as I used to, but still have a good collection. A friend of mine made the Bountiful Blessings. She didn't frame it, but made it a table mat. It's really beautiful.

  6. Oh, Mindy, you're singing my song -- if I live to be 200, I won't finish all my patterns, and those darn designers just keep coming out with more! I have the same two from Threads That Bind, and I made the first one from one of their kits -- her instructions are THE BEST, and the kit was high quality -- pattern includes a couple of techniques and products I hadn't used -- I thoroughly enjoyed doing that one, it was just plain fun. I'm thinking I will order the kit for Bountiful Blessings now. Put those two at the top of your to do list! A belated Happy New Year to you and yours! edie

  7. I would be a charter member of Pattern Collectors Anonymous if there was such a group. I am out of control and reading blogs just adds to the temptation. There are worse things I suppose...and they don't take up much room, unlike fabric and wool, which I also collect!

  8. We are Birds of a Feather...I have two out of those three...and if the third crosses my path I'm getting it! Have I made any of them...NOPE! But I love them!
