Well it was back to work today. We started decorating for Christmas. We are doing a Charlie Brown Christmas theme. I will take some pictures when we are done. Meanwhile, here are some more shots around the house.

I have been working on decorating my house for Christmas. I will post some pictures when I am finished. I am always thinking I am going to be real minimal on my decorations and I am for the most part, it’s just that there is a lot of area to decorate. Anyway, I am gaining!
Today a few of us went over and decorated the church. There is still some finishing touches we need to do but I took pictures of what we did.
I love the way the windows look!
This tree is right when you walk in the front door.
If I had been thinking, I would have taken a picture of the front of the church with the wreaths on the door. I’ll try and remember to take my camera Sunday and do that!

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, let us remember all that we have to be thankful for, as our true wealth lies in the love of family and friends past and present!
Love and blessings,

I love pumpkin pie and they say it’s good for you too. Does that mean you can eat bunches?! I’m thinkin not!! But it is yummy!
Isn’t this pumpkin pie cute? I found it here.
Now make sure you have enough pie for everyone. Take a look at this big pie!
From: http://pumpkinnook.com/giants/pumpkinpierecord.htm
How big does a pumpkin pie have to be to become the world record? The current world record stands at 2,020 pounds (after baking). It was prepared and baked by the New Bremen Giant Pumpkin Growers in New Bremen, Ohio. This huge pie was made on October 8, 2005. Over 5,000 people came to witness the event. These two pictures are from here.
Start handing out the forks and whip cream!!

Isn’t this plate beautiful? Love the pattern and color of it!
Here are some “turkeys” for you.
oops, one mayflower!
I really like the turkey above made out of a pine cone. It was done by Martha Stewart. I don’t remember where I found the other pictures.
